Over the years that I have taught developmental preschool, I have tried many different methods of organizing student drawings, concept checklists and data recordings.
- • over-sized 3 ring binders with sections for each student, which quickly became unwieldy
- • a 3-ring data binder for each individual student, but that took up a lot of room and there was too much handling of each binder and paper
- • a 3-ring vinyl soft cover binder loaded with data checklists and recording sheets and divided by students. This last one held some promise, but with preschoolers, there are also paper records of drawings that then
